That was my breakfast an hour ago. This is my family favorite and we have it at least twice a week. Healthy, yummy and filling.. What else can you ask for a good breakfast to kick start your day.
The picture is of my breakfast.. Idli( steamed rice and lentils cake after the batter is fermented over night), sambhar( spicy lentils and vegetables curry with some tamarind paste) and coconut chutney.
Now I will be full till I come back from work. I am carrying two oranges to eat there at break.

@arunima25 It takes me a while before I feel like eating, but eat I do! It’s very obvious.

Yes. It keeps me full and energetic till lunch. It's filling but not heavy. So you stay active. Oil free and full of protein and other goodness.
I or no one in my family miss our breakfast. It's most important meal and we want something good to kickstart our day

@amitkokiladitya I don't mind it in lunch either. But mostly in breakfast. We have breakfast as our heaviest meal, go light on lunch and dinner.

Adding banana and milk is a good choice to make it more healthy and filling. I too do that when I take cereal.

I´d have that amount of food for lunch. For breakfast, I either drink a cup of coffee or I add a piece of bread (not very big) with butter and cheese or ham.

My breakfast is the heaviest meal that I take. My lunch is smaller than that and dinner.... I just nibble on something
Actually I am used to it and it helps me with my diabetes. I burn a lot of calories with exercise and chores.
