I am really facing tough time dealing with Joint pains. I have tried lot many things, but results are just not satisfactory. I am looking for some home remedies that can help me deal with this issue, since the weather here is cold. I really don't feel like taking medicines unnecessary. Do help me and share opinions

Good to hear from you after so long. Happy 2020! What are the joints that hurt and what is the reason or diagnosis will decide your remedies... There is not a correct answer for all situations.

Kacchi haldi.. This is one thing which helped my garnd mother to revive from joint pains post her chemo therapy. You can try this. It must be available at some grocery store.
