Morning Almost Here

It's 3:59 and we've been up all night. a house full of stress kind of does that. I am certain it will be an interesting day. I am going to try and keep my husband away from the news. Nothing turns his anxiety from the service like missles flying.
I may have to take the day off and take him for a ride out in the snowy nature!

So much of stress which keeps you awake up to 3.59 in the morning is not good for health. To avoid such a stress one thing should be kept in mind that whatever happens is not within our control and that nothing is going to change by our worrying.

Sorry to hear that your home is full of stress. Watching the news on TV can make people become stressed, we try to avoid it but you have to keep up with what is going on in the world even if it is depressing. Maybe it is best not to watch the news in the evening.
