I didn't realize when I signed up for it that participants could choose their own goal as far as how many books they were going to challenge themselves to read, so I put "7". I have at least if not close to that many books in the house that I want to read, so I thought, "Why not give it a try?" As a child, I read voraciously. I'd like to get back to it more often if I can, especially now that there are so many "Little Libraries" (cabinets out in the open where people leave and take books to read for free) around. A couple of these books, I'll admit, I've started already and they got left by the wayside.(39 Clues #1 and Alan Alda: An unauthorized Biography) but at least this is incentive to finish them.

@xstitcher I have no idea when I loved to read books. Since I have found them I do not want to put them down.

The great thing is that you can always change it if you read a little more. I love Goodreads.

I've always really enjoyed reading books. I'm an avid book reader. I always have been. Ever since I was a kid.

I read constantly when I was a kid. It stinks that as an adult, I don't have as much time.

If a book is interesting then I can read it continuously else I can use it to get sleep fast.
