YouTube and Sketchy Money Schemes

Recently, I saw claims on YouTube about free PayPal money. Many people who are looking for a quick easy buck may be taken in by the claims, but it set off alarm bells to me. I also think YouTube should shut down any channels found to be promoting these sketchy things, I'd hate for them to end up in a sticky legal situation because of such channels. Even though YouTube surely wouldn't endorse them, they could (maybe) still be held responsible, so better safe than sorry I say.

I saw a lot of youtube videos telling people how to get free cash or money. I do not think companies will just give out money for no reason at all

If it's a quick rich scheme it's a scam.
