Apparently the other half really likes this insta pot recipe, because we have had it three times recently.
I put chicken in the crock pot with chicken broth, and then asked him what he wanted me to do with iht once it was cooked, and he said BBQ. So that's what we had again last night.
I didn't even take a picture of it. But y'all have seen it, you know what it looks like.

Well that is good that you know he likes it. Do you shred it and make sandwiches with it or keep it whole .

I have not had BBQ chicken from an outdoor grill since my father passed. It was his specialty and nothing is going to equal his and it's just a sad reminder to me.

I do it in the instant pot. But I can understand how you feel about it.
