The Mystery of Sonny Liston

It's well known that officially legendary boxer Sonny Liston died of suicide by drug overdose. However, some people think the official cause of death may be erroneous, and that he may have actually been murdered. The question is, are beliefs that he was murdered just grief induced fantasies, or do they have substance?

There are so many questionable parts of history whether ancient or modern especially for celebrities and other known personalities. We will never know the truth.

Even though the late Sonny Liston was before my time, my belief is that he was murdered by someone who had an ax to grind against him.
