My admiration for a three month rookie police officer who served in the U S Army Rangers who used his first aid skills to assist wounded soldiers by using the tourniquet to stop the bleeding from their wounds used what he learned in the military to good use last month.
Deputy Landry responded to an emergency call outside of Houston Texas where two young men who are 19 and 20 years of age were shot in the legs by a criminal who broke into their homes.
Since the first responders had not arrived in time to attend to the wounded, Deputy Landry used his first aid skills to save the two young men from bleeding to death.
The two young men were taken to a local hospital where they are making a complete recovery from their wounds.
The criminal who shot to the two young men is still at large at this time. It is just a matter of time before he is taken to justice.

That is true since they are like a family in their tours of duty overseas.

Soldiers from elite regiments are trained to think and move fast in any emergency situation, I salute Deputy Lundry , a country is lucky to have people like him in service.

That is one good reason for the police force to hire war veterans, they have the skills to assist a wounded person due to their first aid training.
