I have always wondered can someone be satisfied even if they’re not happy, or will they find happiness even when they’re not actually satisfied? Are these two things connected...??
I was thinking, I bought a new laptop like two months back, I was absolutely delighted, in fact quite happy. But now I check for new Laptops on line.... so understanding the scenario I am not satisfied, but I am happy.....
Seems happiness and satisfaction are two different things, but are they even related.

The Apostle Paul said "I have learned to be content no matter what my circumstances." To me that's where happiness and satisfaction go hand in hand. No matter what is happening in your life AROUND you, you can learn to be at peace. To have inner peace. You have to learn that. It doesn't come naturally. It's a result of a spiritual exercise. So I would say Peace = Happiness + Satisfaction (or Contentment).
