It is rare for a fast food employee to work for her employer for a period of 26 years.
Sandy Thiele who was employed by McDonald's in Hartford Wisconsin who recently retired was given a huge farewell party by her employer.
Sandy is remembered as an employee who was kind and courteous to them which made her a very valuable employee that plans to spend her retirement years with her grandchildren.
Sandy was thrilled when her favorite football player who was former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre send her a video message thanking her for her wonderful work at the McDonald's store.

Working in the fast food industry for 26 years qualifies Sandy as a legit Iron Woman.

It is an impressive career working for a fast food company since an employee has to love their job to stay in that industry for more than a handful of years.

It is an incredible milestone since the fast food business does not pay employees enough money to earn a living unless you are in a management rank.
