Being a vegan is one big step to help not only one's health but also the environment.

We have already experienced stronger typhoons, not usual temperatures during summers (scorching hot) and winters (very cold than usual), melting of ice and bushfires because of climate change. It becomes worse because of increasing cases of illegal logging, decrease of forest for cattle raising and real estates, and many more. Through doing small steps with a goal of being vegan, this will greatly help preserve what's left in our environment. What do you think?

to be honest i can understand what vegans think but i am really sorry because i can not stop eating meat.. i mean it is really delicious and i feel good after i ate it. as you know in the past we all ate meats and survive with hunting.. but nowadays life is changing.. i like salads but i can't be a vegan .. is it hard?

Global warming and global cooling is something the Earth has been doing since its inception. The charts are not showing the impact the alarmists are trying to cram down our throats. Far as that ice melting; what they aren't telling you is how it is thickening and growing on the 'other' side. Just saying. Carnivores eat far less than vegans.

while I agree there are both health benefits and environmental benefits, I like bacon too much to give it up. sure I can eat less of it but I don't think I could go completely vegan. also welcome to mylot
