I had been sitting here writing on myLot for about an hour when I heard the post come through my letterbox. I was expecting an interesting letter today so I got up to see what the postman had brought me. Amongst other things there was a card with the words `Procrastination is the thief of time' written on the front with a picture of a pocket watch covered in snow.
I thought that this seemed a bit deep and it made me think that yes procrastinating does steel time. I am guilty of procrastinating are you?

@lazydaizee we all seem to procrastinate at one time or another. I only regret those things where the door has been closed before I finally decided to act. The rest can wait.

@mynameiskate That can be upsetting if you a miss an important deadline because you have taken too long to get around to doing whatever it was. This happens to me quite a lot, I often find myself being too late or being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

There are times but I try to fight for it because the result will not be so good

@m_audrey6788 Oh yes, some things just cannot be put off, especially when looking after pets for example. If the dog needs to go outside , then I cannot tell him to wait until I am ready, I need to do it straight away or else there may be a puddle on the floor, or worse.

Perhaps I should have done that , but it is too late now because it has gone in the recycling bin.
