Over the weekend the Divisional playoffs were played and I got my heart broken.
The first game was San Francisco 49ers vs the Minnesota Vikings. My dad has always been and always will be a huge Minnesota Vikings fan so watching that game was painful for him.
Of course Frisco won that game and became the first division champ.
The game after that was the Tennessee Titans vs the Baltimore Ravens. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a die hard Ravens fan and was rooting so hard for my team. I knew it would be a fight but watching this game broke my heart.
It wasn't a good day for purple. Tennessee became division champ number two.
Last night were the last two games.
The first was Houston Texans vs Kansas City Chiefs. It was a good game but as we thought, KC won it.
The second was Seattle Seahawks vs Greenbay Packers. The Packers took an early lead but of course Wilson made a comeback. Obviously it wasn't good enough though because Greenbay kept a small lead...enough to win the game.
So next weekend we'll have:
Tennessee vs KC and Greenbay vs Frisco.
I'm excited to see who is Superbowl bound even though my favorites are out. We were hoping for a purple Superbowl with the Vikings and Ravens this year but alas it wasn't meant to be. I'm okay with that though.
Ravens will be back next year so watch out lol.

I'm sure there were many broken hearts. This is the case every year and will continue to be. I thought that the Ravens would make it to the super bowl. They had a very good chance of winning it all. I know I would have liked to see that but as you stated, it was not good for purple.
