Has anyone heard of this meal subscription kit? I ordered it one time because I had a promo code that still made the order expensive but more reasonable than it would have been without the promo code. Daily Harvest offers "cups", either harvest bowls (more savory dinner bowls), chia bowls (more breakfast-y bowls), smoothie bowls (premium ingredients for smoothies, but you have to blend them yourself). They come frozen in a cup, where you can easily heat them up in the microwave. One drawback is that the cup itself doesn't appear to be microwavable. One of the wonderful aspects of this program is that I believe ALL of their items are plant-based, vegetarian or vegan friendly. Which I obviously Love!
*Broccoli Rice & Dill Pilaf
*Sweet Potato & Wild Rice Hash
*Cauliflower Rice & Pesto
*Brussel Sprouts & Tahini
*Quinoa & Chipotle
A drawback to this is that these are not enough, at least for me, to make a whole meal out of. Most seem to hover around 200 calories, making a nice snack, but not wholesome enough to consider a "meal" in my opinion.
I find this program to be overpriced, and I couldn't be bothered to get their "smoothie bowls" because I didn't want the added work of having to blend, etc, but I enjoyed the Harvest Bowls. I don't think I would order it again without a good promo code.
Have you tried this?

I've heard of daily harvest. It seems intersting, but like you said, kind of annoying that it's not a full meal. I also find mosts of these meal subscriptions to be overpriced, and that's why I prefer to make meals from scratch, and doing my own groceries.

We had something similar in the UK and yes, it was very pricey. I know someone here who is on a hideously expensive meal subscription kit. But he's on a huge pay scale. I wish I could try it but simply can't afford to.

I never heard of them but I’m more interested in smoothie bowls but I agree I’m not into blending and stuff

I've never tried any of these 'meal kit' kind of things; I always cook myself. I can imagine they would be handy though if you were short of time, or if you were away from home for a period (eg working away during the week) and thus wouldn't have all the usual store cupbaord ingredients, spices etc available.
These ones, from the titles, immediately suggested to me exactly what you said - they still seem to need something to go with them!
