How flexibility you got?

Since I was younger, my family and friends told me that to have flexibility I should have started dancing ballet since I was 4... But the last year in my 20´s i knew a girl who started to practice her flexibility in one year, so i feel motivaded and i start... I think that if you like something you should try and live your own experience to silence many mouths
