They haunt lurking ..

I've been watching a hawk wandering around for days and just by chance I saw him flying low and watching me and suddenly I saw him go very fast behind a tree and at the same time he flew fast and passed just above me and I saw I had a poor iguana between his legs, he gave me something, I know that this is the nature of animals, but if I could have avoided it I would have done it ..

He gave you an iguana? Wow what a surprise...I hope it dropped beside you. Is it a baby eagle or an adult?

@Aleskys I see. They are majestic creatures. The only bird on island that's big is egrets. When I see them nearby I take an extra look to observe them for they are so shy. Like today, as I was walking to the library, in the island between streets, crew working so the egrets like when they unearth so they get to get goodies from the ground. So it circled to see, then landed. I got to watch as the majestic creature circled and landed. It's a treat you don't see often like the eagle you saw.

@oahuwriter If you are right, apart from that I could appreciate very closely it is a true majesty to admire this wild bird.

No, the eagle took it, I take it from a tree near my person, it is an adult eagle.
