Some People Will Give You Late Ideas

Yes they will especially when they see the result of the program/project you are handling. At times they're critical about it giving ideas when it is too late for you to apply. Asked during the proposal and meetings, they don't contribute much and even won't but in the actuality they have the more remarks insisting it would be better like this and like that. My God!

They may have already the idea that time but do not want to share it with you even if you work as a team. Some like to be leaders most of the time.
