Losing Temper

I always try to be considerate to people even at times they're showing behaviour that is difficult to condone.
I lost my temper to two of the staffs of a department store where I bought 2 desk fans. The lady attendant wasn't able to fit the appliance in their individual box so she asked assistance to her male colleague who turned out to be of no help. I suggested to no longer put it in the box and just tie the fans instead so that I can carry the two as one since it already consumed time under that condition. The lady staff go back to her other tasks while the male left which I thought to look for a tie but did not show up for a couple of minutes. I was delayed more being left standing nearby the counter only to see the guy doing business with other customer later than me. Bad service it was so I did not hesitate to express my anger to the two and reprimand them.

@amitkokiladitya that should be. If I'm not just catching up with another errand, that would be best I can do.

That`s really not so good service. You should have called for their supervisor or manager.
