One of the stories that gave my family goosebumps

I have spoken about my cousin before and how we look alike. He is older than me by 9 years. I was about 7 when the (extended) family were talking about one day they went to the park. My cousin was playing with his imaginary friend on the slide at the top of the hill. And my grandmother and my female cousins were down by the creek playing. And my grandmother fell in. I remember at this point piping up and saying "I remember that. It was funny" I also remember becoming very distressed when my family denied I was there because I couldn't have been because I hadn't been born yet. Everyone figured I was just being imaginative... ... Until...I turned to my cousin. I was bawling at this point and he cuddled me to his chest. Between heaving sobs. I choked out "you remember don't you? We were playing together on the slide together." The look on my cousins face was one of pure shock. I continued to say that she was wearing her favourite sundress that had little blue flowers on it. Everyone was in a shocked silence... My grandmother had indeed been wearing the same dress when she had fallen into the creek.

This sounds extraordinarily similar to a book I read once, but I cant remember the name of it.

That is pretty freaky! I vividly remember a vacation to Stone Mountain in Georgia with my parents, and camping by a lake. I remember walking to the lake with my mom and her brothers and sisters (my aunts and uncles). I remember playing in the water, and watching my aunts and uncles climb some rocks on a bluff by the lake. Except that when I mentioned it, everybody looked at me like I was crazy! My mom told me they've only been to Stone Mountain once in their life, and it was right after they had gotten married, and I hadn't been born yet. Yet I remembered so many details that my parents, aunts, and uncles verified were accurate. How could I have possibly known all those things?
