Finding inner peace....

Buddhist Monasteries are the place of prayers and silence, and this is one big reason why I always prefer going to monasteries. Ever since, I started focusing on spiritual path the only place that has drawn my attention.
This year, I took a pledge to visit Monastery at least once a month....
That's how I am progressing to find inner peace, but as said by Buddha, you don't find peace outside.... it's within you...

I am not religious but if they forced me would choose Buddhist, that being said do not have to believe to learn some things.

That's true! Peace that you find outside withers off with disturbances. Inner peace stays forever.
I do yoga and meditation for my inner peace.
