Apparently a new perk with the KU subscription is a newsletter sent to your inbox. I'm saying it's new, but it may not be new. I just know that it's not something I was aware of when I had KU (Kindle Unlimited) the first time. The newsletter suggested a book, and after reading the synopsis, I thought of several people here who might like the book. I'll link to the book below, in case anyone wants to check it out. Back to the newsletter, apparently it gives you suggestions based off of what you've already read, and gives you an idea of what's new to KU. I've been enjoying KU books since I've signed up again, and have to say that I am glad I "bit the bullet" and decided to re-sign up. What's something you've recently spent money on that you are happy about? What's your favorite genre? (Whether that be be books, t.v. shows, movies, podcasts or music)

Those are all good genres. I've read them all at one time or another.

@Tina30219 I don't know why, but I've always just exhausted a genre before going on to another.

I like the show 100 and this is the last season. I found all four of the 100 books in a used book store. I will sell them on ebay when I am done reading them.

That show sounds familiar. It's been going on for several years, hasn't it? Is that the one where there's 100 people who were presumed missing, but they come back having been abducted?

I like those two genres too, but I haven't read them in awhile. I have KU now, so I am sure i'll go back to reading the thrillers soon.

@Marty1 Mystery / thriller is sort of what I want to read. Will look at the KU Library for some of my favorite authors after while.

I've heard of KU, but not a member there to buy books for free. My favorite genres are romance and thrillers for books, dramas for TV/movies, country and rock for music. I've recently spent money on a new pair of sneakers last summer. One of my old sneaks had a hole in it.

I love KU. I had it several years ago but got rid of it last year to save money. This year I picked it back up, first three months 99 cent. Sneakers are one of those things I don't spend a lot of money on. I wear mine out until I just can't wear them anymore.
