After 2 weeks the electricity problems come back again, more than 4 fluctuations of electricity are going on, the signal is lost and the electrical devices can be damaged, this is very unfortunate because the government continues to do nothing to solve this definitely, I am very, very annoying in these moments for this situation.

You seem to be in a very bad situation there. You are right that appliances can be damaged by the fluctuating electric current.

It is very difficult I am almost without sleep because the problem with electricity remained until 1 in the morning.
