Pain in the neck area.

All day I have had pain with discomfort in the neck and shoulder area, I know that it is due to the bad position of sleeping, really good for spending such a bad night with the problem of electricity, I already took a muscle relaxant but nothing that is taken from me and that bothers me makes me very uncomfortable, any advice friends?

not really.Do not explain what cause the neck.Have it checked out.Could be many things.Sleeping is not the one. See you Dr.before you take the med there.

I sometimes experience that when I wake up in the morning. When I go out to the sun, the pain would subside.
