A dog named Chris who was depressed after her service dog who is a Pomeranian named Coco ran away from his owner's home on Friday night in Philadelphia Pennsylvania as his owner came home from running errands received good news the next morning that a Good Samaritan who found the dog on the streets took Coco to the Central for Animal Referral Emergency Services (CARES) the same evening. Chris received a phone call from a CARES official that her dog was waiting for her at the facility on Saturday morning. Chris then went to the facility to reunite with her service center to reunite with her best friend with tears in her eyes of joy since she was fearful that she would never see her dog again since Coco was not wearing a service vest and a identification tag on his collar. I can see the elderly man who took Coco to the CARES facility as Coco's Guardian Angel since another person with a heart of evil could have kidnapped the service dog in this mad world we live in today.

@Deepizzaguy I am so glad that the dog was reunited with its owner. That must have terrifying for both of them. I am still glad there are good people in the world with all of the bad that happens.

@Hannihar Like the lyric of a Sir Paul McCartney song says "Good and bad in all of us." I think it was "Ebony and Ivory" with Stevie Wonder.

@Deepizzaguy I agree that there are good people and there are also a lot of bad people too.

I guess the dog most likely went after a cat or a squirrel.

@rakski That is just a guess since the report did not mention why the dog fled from his owner when she came home from running errands.

That is true. Lucky that the senior citizen took care of the dog instead of taking him away for himself,
