Do you prefer to drink alcoholic drinks daily or on weekends only?

These days large number of people consume alcoholic drinks and it's their own choice and I don't wanna say if it's good or bad for them because it's their own choice and they can do the way they prefer. Just that I feel it's better to have alcoholic drinks in moderation.
Do u prefer to drink alcoholic drinks daily or on weekends only?

I used to drink a lot before almost daily except for vegetarian days, Monday and Thursday. Not that I was dealing with construction projects but it had been a habit. some 20 years back I then decided to reduce it considerably. I am now just the social drinker. On some occasion or when I feel badly in need of that but not more than 2 or 3 drinks of whiskey.

@hereandthere I t is basically to avoid non veg everyday but the reason is these 2 days belong to our deities. Hindus, those are non veg, never take non veg during their festivals which are plenty and all of them are related to some deity.

@msdivkar it's different for different parts some drink only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays

I prefer weekly, otherwise interrupts my work. I wish one of those have a few drinks a day and makes me motivated but I am more of a all or nothing man.

I guess it depends if I am in the mood to do so..and when it is for moderation or not...but in case drinking with friends I have to be in moderation. cause I usually don't remember what happened yesterday when I take too much of it ..so moderation is the key...
