Excitement in the Neighborhood

I was on the computer. I smelled a lot of smoke. Then I heard rushing water next door. Someone broke off a faucet outside and there was a geyser going high into the air and soaking my yard and sidewalk as well as the neighbor's yard.
There was also a dumpster fire across the street. A lot of black smoke was coming from it. Some men in the park were pouring buckets of water on it. Someone had dumped a hot grill into the dumpster.
How are things in your neighborhood?

who'n the heck'd do somethin' that hazardous? i hope they were caught... 'n that water got fixed quickly. things're crazy here.

I first thought that you had put the fire to your neighbor's house, the one disturbing you during the evening. Thanks God, it was only a dumpster

The street is not very quiet here : lot of schools around making noise during the day, and many drunkards during the night.

. Statistically you find most of people putting fire among people with a low level of education and among firemen. Fortunately for your neighbor you are not a fireman with a low level of education

Our neighborhood is clean except for one junker on a corner near the entrance. I don't know why he is allowed to have junk everywhere but no one else can have a mess in their yard. The park mows everyone's grass. They raised the rent to include that.

@Shivram59 It is clean here and the neighbors can be good or not good. People come and go a lot here. I think most people are peace-loving.
