Been a coo-coo bananas kind of day. I woke up with a pain in the right side of my abdomen, and thought, "What on earth is that?!" (since I knew darn well it wasn't my gall bladder. I've been having headaches the last few days, too. So, I got up and made a doctor appointment. My regular doctor wasn't there, so I saw someone else. She checked my belly, then sent me to the regular hospital for an ultrasound. I took the bus there, even after noting that the paper the doctor gave me said, "Acute appendicitis". So I went to the hospital, and after a bit I was seen by the ultrasound technician, then after that (and after he said he didn't see anything unusual), I went to this other place to get a blood test (for which I was supposed to be fasting, but I hadn't eaten anything since the night before, so... So I had to wait a while 'cause when I got to the place they were on their lunch break, so I finally got a couple of vials of blood drawn so we'll see what they say after they check those out. When I got home, I took the Miralax the doctor at the Health Center told me to take, hoping that would help whatever the problem down there is. My stomach still doesn't feel quite right and my head still hurts, but.... Hopefully the Miralax will do something.
