U S Army veteran who loves dogs donates money to the SPCA

I admire the work of U S Army veteran Bob Nowakowski who admits that due to his love of dogs in the western New York region he has donated $150,000 to the Niagara County chapter of the Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals) since 2017. Bob has donated these huge amounts of money to the animal shelter since in 2004 he adopted his late dog Chip lived with his owner until he passed away in 2013. Bob beside donating money to the animal shelter also stops by to give the dogs inside a box of treats. The money that Bob has donated to the animal shelter has been used to build a surgery center and a heating and ventilation system for the dogs inside the shelter in the Niagara Falls area. The officials of the animal shelter are thankful that Bob's love for dogs has translated into receiving donations from a veteran who appreciates his nation for his freedoms.
