I wish everyone a beautiful day or a peaceful night! It's 9:00 PM here, Tuesday. I took care of my notifications first thing and responded to a few posts. I have other work to do but I will be back here later for sure. But first, I need to recharge. I'm hungry. I'm making taco burgers cause I have leftover buns. How do you decide what to cook every day, by the way? I usually spend first few minutes of my mornings thinking what to eat. I'm not picky, I eat almost anything but I'm not a great cook—it can be challenging sometimes.

My husband asks first thing in the morning, “What’s for dinner?”

. I say, “Reservations.”

I take something out of the freezer. If I need an ingredient, hubs picks it up while he’s out and about.

Well when there is little time to cook one tries to cook the simplest to relieve hunger and when there is time you can make some more complicated dishes.

Well for the last year or so, we have been able to have enough food, so it is easy to decide as there is a lot of everything. But now coming soon, in a few short weeks, I will have to get very thrifty on food, so more limited choices.
