I discovered that may was almost complete already. I've not yet found deposit slips from before July but maybe that's because I've already inputted the info connected to them.
All I have left to do from may is bills and payments for our work van insurance. I'm hoping to get that done this morning once we return from exercising.
When I began I almost forgot the proper way to reconcile the account but remembered soon after.
I overcooked some cauliflower a few weeks ago and thought I'd try to make pierogies with it using keto flours. Will let you know how that goes later.
I wad looking for an older pic odd quickbooks but went with this instead. It's our leaky kitchen faucet. I've found a washer which makes our faucet less leaky but nor perfect just yet.

Most order the potato but when our health is at stake we should be willing to look elsewhere too.
Also I put the cauliflower into the dough itself. For the filling I used cottage cheese.

@mom210 that's why I encourage the cauliflower in place of the potatoes. I even tried some carrots and broccoli fried that I thought were super good but my hubby refused to try more than a couple.
I did make Sheppard's pie and used mashed cauliflower and I think he thought they were potatoes.

Sometimes we all mess up with the food we cook

I wouldn't consider it messing up necessarily since I'm trying something new or a new way of doing it. Back to the drawing board.

You always seem busy! Glad you found a washer and fixed the faucet.
How did the pierogies turn out?

The faucet still needs a professionals help but it's better than it was.
I could taste the cauliflower in the pierogi's so will try again without. I fried one up today and liked that much better. Edited

They were pretty sticky to put together and possibly having the veggie in it didn't help but it may be more of a pastie than a perogi. I'm baking them instead of cooking. I'll crop my photo and return and add it here. My before pic.
