Is there anyone here who has lived in Connecticut?

I am wondering if there is anyone on here who is from Connecticut. I lived there for about 12 years while I was growing up until I got married and moved to Canada. I went to Norwalk High School (Class of 78) and went a couple years to Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.

My brother went to CCSU for a few months. I lived all my life in south-eastern Connecticut. I can't say I really enjoyed it, though. It's very quiet and subdued. There's no where within walking distance. The people weren't the greatest, either. High school wasn't very memorable for me, and I'm glad to have moved from quaint Connecticut to loud and boisterous NYC. But I'll always remember CT. My parents still live there, so I go back from time to time to visit.
