No Rice.

As most of you might know, I need to change my diet and lose weight for my health.
I started yesterday to lessen my rice. But today I just ate half a cup of white rice for the day (around lunch). Dinner for today is steamed sausages with green salad. My hubby ate it with bread.
I am full.
What did you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

How about no rice for dinner for a week? That's a challenge for your own benefit.

I am also controlling my rice intake. Mine is a cup of rice in all my meals. Now I enjoy a weight loss. My present weight is 60 from 70 kilos. Of course, I do some walking exercise everyday.

i also want to slim down. I ate a small amount of bread with butter for breakfast. And for lunch, I will eat a hamburger made with no bread and fried in a very little amount of oil. I´ll serve it with salads.
