Famous Alternative Rock songstress Alanis Morissette is back in music!

If you’re born in the 90’s when music was not completely altered with special effects and mellow and stripped down vocals were a thing and impactful. Then, her name isn’t new to you. I’m talking about Alanis Morissette. She was one of the famous and pioneering female solos in the 90’s that led the way to new alternative female singers at her time. She also, paved the way on embracing women’s empowerment and to not be afraid of your gender with the expression in music. Alanis Nadine Morissette is a Canadian-American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress. Known for her emotive mezzo-soprano voice, Morissette began her career in Canada in the early 1990s. She was notable for her songs such as “ironic”, “hand in my pocket” and her album Jagged Little Pill and garnered 7 Grammy’s, 1 Brit Awards, and 12 Juno Awards. Her songs are an anthem of the 90s however, as the era’s progresses and new music and new style of Pop Culture arose. She step back at the spotlight and lived a private life starting early 2000’s. But great news because she is hitting the road announcing that she will be back in the music industry starting off with a North American tour in 2020 that will celebrate 25 years since her breakthrough album, "Jagged Little Pill."
