I thought the ASF threat is over

Before the current threat of nCoV to human, ASF affected the swine industry not long ago. The African Swine Fever resulted many deaths of hog. Lately, it is reported by late news that cases of ASF already reached South particularly in one Davao province causing deaths of several hogs. Aside from that H5N1 is posing threat again. These are pretty addition of problems we are facing.

No. not any more at least until the present one blows over. swine flue was making waves some years back so it may not be that fatal now as there may be some immunity developed for that decease.
