I should have a bib for my pasta.

Today I cooked a delicious pasta using some leftovers that were about to expire. There was some ground meat left (it was today or never), a bit of cream left and some mushrooms that were fine only because they were sealed. I cooked the mushrooms in butter and made the smallest meatballs only with salt and a bit of oil from the escalivada. I placed the balls to cook, added the cream, a bit of milk and a bit of white wine. The sauce turned out delicious. I then cooked pasta, put the sauce over them and proceeded to eat it. Luckily I still had my nightie on. The sauce was splashed all over it Now the nightgown is in the basin in the bathroom (I´ll wash it by hand) and I am mylotting with my other nightie. I´ll take a nap now, wash the nightie, take a shower and come back to mylot. I have thought many times about bibs to eat. And I have gone to some Italian restaurants that place big bibs to the people who go there. It IS a good idea. Don´t you think?

Sounds delicious! I only use a bib when eating a whole lobster. I’m a neat eater, but my husband should wear a bib every time we go out. We joke around and tell him to dunk his tie in his food as soon as it’s served.

I used to be a neat eater. But now my hands tremble a bit. I don´t order soups in restaurants for that reason. I remember a restaurant where they served giant prawns. The waiters came first with bibs. But still, I would have needed a shower after the meal

With a bib, at least you won' t have to clean your clothes so much.

I use an apron when I eat at home. I'm a messy eater.

Haha I've seen some restaurants where the food is messy they give you plastic bibs so you don't get your clothes dirty, so yes that could be a good idea

Your dinner sounds very good. I do think sometimes a bib is needed.
