So Far Loving My New Phone

I went ahead and switched providers Verizon, rudeness grew old fast, so I went with T-Mobile and set up service with them for about a third of what I was paying with Verizon, so I’m happy with that. I don’t get all the bells and whistles I got with Verizon but that doesn’t make up for the way I was treated! Anyway I’m happy with the service I have now, and I think I’ll just stick with them. I’ll soon be adding Big E to my account, but for now I just set up mine.

That's great that you are saving money. We got fed up with them when we went to buy new phones. We already had Verison service with current phones. We wanted to buy phones via Amazon and have them activated. They told us they couldn't activate because our account had been listed as fraud and it would take seven days to clear up. We went through BS for about 3 days and then just said forget it. We went back to AT&T for awhile and then switched to Straight Talk which was the best decision of all. It's about half of what we were paying before. They have idiots working for them there, as well as AT&T.

I called about a double billing, got hung up on by three different agents, my service turned off, when the mistake was ok them, finally decided I'm done! T-Mobile's customer service is far better. After my phone broke and they refused to cover it, it was barely a year old, I told them I'm done! I ended up recycling the phone because I didn't want it going into a landfill!

@Michellekidwell I don't blame you. Customer Service seems to be something in the past now, especially at some places. Call centers are not even located in the U.S. at some businesses. I hate when I get someone I cannot understand. Should be common sense to not hire someone not fluent in English. Glad you are all fixed up now!

I was at first, but the last couple of months I've dealt with rude reps, I reported them only to get more rude reps! The few ruin it for everybody
