of sleep and I am still sleepy.
Other than changing my diet, I am also changing my sleeping habit. For sure I need to wake up at 4:00am. That is something that will not change in order me to prepare food and other stuff for the kids and hubby.
So I am trying to sleep early. Last night we slept at 9:00pm. It was a good sleep but now that everyone is gone, I want to sleep some more.
I have doctor's appointment in three hours though.

An adult needs to take at least 6-8 hours of sleep so I guess you still are in the normal range and takeing a short nap is good as well as taking long naps. It can give you extra energy for the day if you do that. So I guess the lunch Siesta is not a bad habit if you have that extra free time take advantage of a short nap.
