This is what happened to our Internet Connection for almost a month

This is frustrating, annoying, disgusting. Our internet provider hasn’t able to fix this thing for almost a month. It’s always disconnecting. Comes for a while, slowed down and then eventually disconnect. They have been receiving complaint for quite a time and up to now, no improvement is happening. If we choose to switch, the same thing happens. Poor service but very fast to collect payment. Pardon me with my rant. I hope everything is OK at your end.

Does this happen to both when you connect with different 2 devices like your phone and PC? if it only happens to a certain device the problem is there. You might know somebody who has a working modem, try switching it with your modem and see what happens, there might be something wrong with the modem. Are you using a wired or a wireless connection? It's also possible that a line connects and disconnects if its not completely severed.

The problem itself is no internet connection. It's on an off. I don't know why the provider cannot resolve this.

@ZedSmart this article might also help, I know it's a bit hard to understand but you might have a friend or know somebody who is tech savvy there who could help you out, good luck, I know how frustrating this could get.

@simone10 Slow connection then were resolved immediately. This time, it takes longer to resolve the issue.

I hope that our provider could improved their services soon. We paid full for this and this has to be corrected.
