I love Donovan's smooth and effortless style. This Scottish singer, songwriter and guitarist was born on May 10, 1946 and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2014.
A little bit of trivia: Donovan taught John Lennon a finger-picking guitar style in 1968 that Lennon used in some subsequent recordings.
Tracks:
1. Epistle to Dippy
2. Sunshine Superman
3. There is a Mountain
4. Jennifer Juniper
5. Wear Your Love Like Heaven
6. Season of the Witch
7. Mellow Yellow
8. Colours
9. Hurdy Gurdy Man
10. Catch the Wind
11. Lalena
I love this CD and have chosen "Jennifer Juniper" for you to enjoy:

More trivia: that’s Paul McCartney doing the whispers on “Mellow Yellow.” Quite rightly!
My favorite isn’t on this collection: “Atlantis.”
