hi fellow newbie! i thinki'm newer than you are, but i'm learning fast :) it's always good to rate people's answers to your discussions too. also a tip about posting photos. don't waste too much time posting 'personal' photos in your profile (unless you just feel like it), spend more time posting pics inside a discussion you start ;) those seem to give more $$.
