Lunch with My In-Laws

We were supposed to go to the cemetery today to visit my father's grave, bring flowers, light a candle and say a prayer but the weather was not good since yesterday. It has been raining hard and it would be very inconvenient to go. Instead, my in-laws invited the whole family to join them during the lunch and so we did. My mother-in-law prepared a sumptuous lunch and we had a great time. We seldom bond because all of us seem to be very busy at work. It was already the second time around that we did this. The first time was the last weekend. My mother-in-law was so very happy seeing her children complete with us of course plus her grandchildren.

Family time is good as no one knows what is around the corner! Sometimes it is too late and you can't turn the clock back! Glad you had a great time!

@cherigucchi I admire families with close relation. Our family used to be like that when I was younger but it changed when we had our own families.
