The fact of the matter is 'when there is smoke, there's fire.'
There was a leak, and somewhere, somehow, someone got to tell the story.
Thus the rumor. Which could be true.
The thing is, verifying and validating is the proper recourse.
This network is reporting, so the least that would happen is we, the citizens of the world, are considered informed. Just in case the rumor is true. Then you and I are prepared.

Yes, with all the horrifying news coming out, we cannot dismiss the littlest of details. This network did pose the report in the form a question, pending further results of investigation.

Our government is not upfront with us. Droves from Wuhan has sought refuge in our islands via planes and ships. They are not scattered all over our archipelago.
