Yes some nights when I really need sleep I take a pain pill, (hate doing it so not often) take an Allegra, inhale my Spiriva, and put on the reruns of The Blacklist. and my beloved James voice lulls me to sleep. So when I wake one of the episodes are still playing. Do you have something that puts you to sleep as a last resort?

@bunnybon7 I also loved watching The Blacklist. I was very sad when it ended. I also love James Spader. I think he is so funny. I have something I take and at times I do fall asleep and other times I do not sleep well.

I can remember a time when most people slept well most nights. Here lately it seems no one I know is sleeping well. I think the blacklist is supposed to return next fall.

@Hannihar if you go to NBC you may be able to watch more of it I think. I get it free on there. Thing is it still has not told who or why he is pretending to be Reddington. So surly it;s not going to end on that?

@bunnybon7 I got it on Netflix and it ran its course. I believe it is finished. I hope more James Spader will come to Netflix. I really like him.

Chocolate! I sometimes watched Blacklist but could never get into it as I could not tolerate James Spader. Then I saw a movie with him as a young man and thoroughly enjoyed the movie and the actor.

I love that show but not that actor. I can see how his voice could lull you to sleep though. It’s very even no matter what crazy stuffs going on he stays calm.

I just feel if he is like that in real life his wife is very lucky as she must always feel everything is going to be alright.

Usually anything will put me to sleep once it reaches 7 am. I always seem to fall asleep around that time for a couple of hours.

I put on a sports podcast, and it makes it easier for me to fall asleep. What is your favorite role of James Spader?

sports always bored me also I don't know if I have a favorite role of James. I love him in any of them. I have strange taste in men and don't seem to have a type at all

cool. Lots of people seem to sleep with the tv on and if someone turns it off too soon it wakes them. My mom used to go to sleep with the Andy Grithith show. I went to sleep for a while back a couple yrs. ago to Frazier too. Love that show.

I watch nature show with David Attenborough as the narrator. His voice is boring yet soothing.
