I notice all around here in my town people are putting up their dream business in good locations. Many build brand new stalls all over our town. That is what I like to happen in the front of our house. Our area is near schools and supermarket. But the problem is we still don't have the money to invest in making stalls. We are planning to make 4 stalls 2 for us and 2 we will look for renters. The stalls usually have roll up doors.

If that is the dream you want to pursue put all your efforts in raising the money then borrow a portion from a bank to make it complete. Don't borrow the whole amount from the bank so you wont owe them so much, business is risky , in case it fails you don't risk the property getting repossessed by the bank. It's not bad to dream but study it first and make the necessary planning and safeguards, good luck.

@averygirl72 is it a real estate tax problem or problem with the title itself? You won't be able to use it as collateral if it's not a clean title, also if you develope it with your own money it might give you problems and headaches later on.

@averygirl72 so what document do you have now to prove that you paid for the land from the previous owner? The problem there now are the heirs who might contest the sale.

try doing it the other way around. put up a sign in front of your house that says Space For Rent. maybe you'll get inquiries from people passing by.

The problem with our place is it is not level with the main road. We still need to make our location higher so we can be easily seen. Our place is along the main road

@hereandthere No it doesn't flood here. It's not so low maybe you need three more steps to level on the main road

Like others have said, a loan from bank can help you. I am not sure about the legalities and interest rates etc in your country.
