I don't know where the book came from, probably a second hand copy from one of my mother's admiral bosses' children. But it was in our small bungalow at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, so, I flipped the pages and read. Dogs are always interesting. But the wilds - wow. The narrative was nothing like the tall grass that cover the slopes.
Now, the novel has been turned into a movie, starring my favorite Harrison Ford. I am pretty excited.
Here's the unassuming actor with the intelligently funny Jimmy Kimmel.
Harrison talks about the Oscars, killing Han Solo off of Star Wars, being a carpenter in his youth, getting fired from Crate & Barrel, working with a fake do...

@Ajy78613 Advise me when you've read one. Would you like me to recommend a reading list? If so, you must tell me your age.

I hope the movie lives upto the expectations. Some movies that are made on books are able to do justice to the book but many just ruin it

Wow he was a carpenter in his youth?! surprising. I guess he felt peace when he finally got killed off in the star wars movie.
