Dinner tonight: Aapam Dosa prepared especially for me by Momma.

Yes. I'm not very much fond of sweet dishes. But this type of dosa I will like to have once in a while. I don't have any knowledge regarding the preparation of the dosa batter. But it was yummy. Side dish for this aapam dosa is coconut milk. Both are fantastic combination. But I can hardly eat two dosa because of the sweetness. Lol And I thank mom for this lovely dish. I love appam dosa. I think it's a kerela dish. I eat it at friends house. They use coconut milk in batter for sweetness. She serves some potato and coconut curry along with it.

We call it as "aapam". My mom said even coconut water can be added into the batter. Yeah. Some spicy side dish will be a perfect combo..

I only know dosas like plain dosa, masala dosa, onion dosa etc. but looks like this dosa is an authentic dish. Enjoy it.
