Decide to lose weight and change everything that I don’t like.

Something in my life changes ,I am not going to blame anyone, whatever others love me or not, I don’t care ,any way. But the only thing I learned is, if you want to live a happy life you expected, you should make yourself deserve it . So I decide to change myself. The very first thing is change my looking . whatever you access it or not , everybody loves good-looking girls. So just spend two mouths to lose your weight. that’s my plan. first, get up early ,I always get up late, and that really waste a lot of time. And what’s important is ,getting up late makes me eat no breakfast, so, I eat a lot for my lunch ,that’s one of the reason that I got fat. Besides, getting up late means sleep late too, so ,I always feel hungry at night, and I usually eat something before sleep, that’s another reason of my fatness. second, I should eat various food, and have a balanced diet, I eat too much rice and vegetables, and seldom eat meat and fish. Because vegetables contain low calories, I feel hungry easily, then I eat snacks between meals, but that makes me take in much more calories . And third ,what’s most important, I should spend at least an hour a day doing exercise, I seldom exercise before ,it not only makes me unhealthy ,but also be bad for my mental state .I often feel down. Last one I should take actions that I listed above seriously. Check myself everyday! And report it under this article!

Hahaha nice to hear that you are going to loose weight, make daily strategies and work on it, do exercises as much you can, drink plenty of water everyday...

Hi how are you doing my sister has been over weight all her life but Thank God she has turned her life around she has lost 260 pounds in two years and counting. When she first started her wight lose journey at 500 pounds she did seated workouts from youtube then worked her way to do walk away the pounds the zumba and now kickboxing. She also cut out all junk food she now eats fruit veggies minimal starches and meat and drinks plenty of water She gets great sleep at night and wakes up early in the morning.I know if my sister can change her life so can you.
