Only a Hero Will Do

Today I was thinking about all kinds of different things. I can ignore Valentine’s Day if I wish and it does not matter to anyone. Those who celebrate I wish them well and many years of loving bliss. I had my years of love and I am happy that many memories remain. When I think back I can say that my soul mate Martin was also my hero. For all those loving years I did not have a moment of any doubt about anything. He was my rock and my support and everywhere we went we held hands. Just the feel of my hand in his strong one was enough to even walk through a jungle if I had to. So above all else, he was my hero and as much as I say I will never love again if I would even consider such a thing it would have to be a hero and only a hero and as far as I am concerned right now my hero waits for me on the other side.

Awe, much respect miss lady you found someone like that. Most people do not. I know does not make you feel any better but some of us do find it cool you had that cool thing and that its still possible in a world where they do not seem to want to make anything possible anymore, if that makes sense.
