'In a world where you can be anything.......be kind

If you live on social media or just use sites and apps occasionally, you will know exactly what this message is about. Here in the UK mental health awareness has come to the fore, especially as far as the media is concerned. Harassment, bullying, making up false stories about certain celebrities just to get clicks through their website and/or to sell papers. Following yesterdays' celebrity suicide this message will be shared far and wide. I noticed Piers Morgan and Dan Wootton have shared similar messages. They are hypocrites for doing this as they are amongst the worst offenders. So many celebrities have sent messages out to their fans and the family and friends of Caroline. I don't think it is possible to blame ITV or Love Island for taking her off their show, especially with the charges she was facing. So, the message is loud and clear. "In a world where you can be anything.......be kind".

Many of us can't be anything but kindness is not a hard thing to come up with.

I think social media is a different beast completely, though. There is so much sadness and nastiness on it at times.

Thanks, it is a shame it takes something like this for us all to realise
