I never thought I would eat seaweed, but yesterday I bought some at the store.
I read it helps with thyroid production, and so I thought why not.
It comes in little see through squares and doesn't taste too bad, but not too good either. It contains healthy iodine and I use lite salt which may not contain this mineral.
Do you eat seaweed?

I've read that before, but all the sushi I've eaten have been wrapped in rice.

I love seaweed chips! It isn't a common thing for me, but maybe I should ask my doctor if it is a good idea for me and my hypothyroidism.

I’ve had some before when I was younger and I liked it. I don’t know if I still like it or not because I haven’t had any in years. But that is good that you like it.

Yes, my cousin would always bring me some when she comes for vacation. She lives in Japan. We use them for sushi. You can also cut them into strips and mix into your veggies salad.

I had that in 3rd grade when my teacher brought some in for us to try. I think I have had it in sushi, and I tried some when they were selling it at Costco as well.
